Find Peace, Hope, and Joy Again—Break Free from What’s Holding You Back so you can embrace life with confidence and purpose
When my husband passed away after an aggressive cancer diagnosis, I was left lost, confused, afraid, and overwhelmed with loneliness. I felt like I was drowning in despair, unsure how to move forward or if I could ever feel whole again. But as the fog began to lift, I realized I needed to rebuild a purposeful life—one that still held space for both my grief and my hope.
Through it all, the one thing that helped me keep going was my faith. It was God’s promises that gave me the strength to begin creating a life that I could feel good about again. I learned how to blend my grief with my hope, and through that process, I developed what I now call the Joyful Widow's Perspective. This is an approach to healing that combines faith, hope and practical steps to move forward after loss.
And now, I want to walk alongside you, helping you find your own path to peace, hope, and joy.
I'm Ready for you!
I KNOW THIS IS POSSIBLE FOR YOU BECAUSE I’VE SEEN IT HAPPEN FOR MYSELF.
It’s easy to get caught up in what society tells you about grief, like:
🔸"You should be over it by now."
🔸"Grief should look a certain way."
🔸"You need to be strong for others."
🔸And so many more...
But here’s the truth: There is no one-size-fits-all grief model because each person’s relationship with their spouse is unique. So, you get to grieve your own way, and that’s not only okay—it’s necessary.
I hear all the noise out there, but that “advice” doesn’t match reality. Society, as a whole, doesn’t truly understand grief—it only offers what it thinks should be the “right” way to feel.
But what we really desire is to find peace, hope, and a future we can feel good about—not be told we’re grieving wrong.
You are braver than you feel right now. You’ve already survived the unimaginable, and that strength is proof that healing is possible. With the right support, you can find peace and purpose again—one step at a time.

We may not be a good fit to work together if:
-
If you're not ready to explore your emotions or dive into deep healing work, this may not be the right time for coaching—but when you are, I'll be here.
-
You’re looking for quick fixes or immediate answers, rather than a long-term, transformative process.
-
Healing requires a willingness to explore your emotions and take action. If you’re not quite ready for that step yet, that’s okay—when the time comes, I’ll be here.
-
Faith is a core part of my coaching approach. If you're not open to incorporating Christian principles into your healing, this may not be the best fit for you.
-
You’re seeking someone to give you all the answers rather than empowering you to find your own path forward.
If you're not ready for this level of commitment and personal growth, it might be worth considering if now is the right time for coaching. However, if you're open and ready to dive into a transformative journey, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to work with you one-on-one, to help you move from surviving to thriving in a way that feels right for you.
